I spoke with Mike who told me to bring it by for a free quote and also walked me through. After having a different shop take a look at it and being unable to recover the data on my ssd, I searched and found this place and gave it a try. My laptop crashed and wouldn’t load back up. The second drive had better luck and was able to be fully recovered. However, the good news was he was able to recover a portion of the drive which was not as damaged.
